New Jersey Task Force on Child Abuse and Neglect · 58-page policy report · January 2026

Reforming Mandated Reporting in New Jersey

Moving from Reporting to Supporting Families. A 58-page policy report for the New Jersey Task Force on Child Abuse and Neglect, January 2026. Design, layout, information graphics, and production; content by the Subcommittee on Poverty, Neglect, and Community Outcomes.

The brief: make a dense, consequential document readable. A statewide task force’s findings, vote records, and eight recommendations, with data that had to land at a glance for legislators and caseworkers alike. The system carries a numbered recommendation structure, a big-number data spread, and workgroup diagrams, in a restrained two-color palette built to survive office printing.
